The Most Famous Billiard Games For Beginners

Billiards in a nutshell is playing pool, but there are a lot of different types of games to be played in billiards. Some of the most famous of these are 9-ball, 8-ball, snooker, One Pocket and Cut Throat. Depending on where you are from will determine the most popular for your region, I think 8-ball and 9-ball has the others beat though.

The Famous Trio Of Billiard Table Games

The trio of billiard games are a set of 3 contests where players try to smack the ball into a second ball, series of balls, or into a pocket. These have one thing common to all of them: they are all played on a big, slate table wrapped in felt. Another commonality is that they are all played with a stick that has a leather tip. This stick is used by each player to smash the ball and knock it into another ball, balls, or pocket.
